a music composer and a HCI researcher.
And I’m also a hiker, a traveler and a Sci-Fi fans.

Who am I?

My name is Shawn (in chinese 肖轶翔, Xiao Yixiang), 27 years old. I was born in Guiyang and had my college study in SWJTU in Chengdu, China. Currently I am living in Cologne, Germany.

I started my adventure in electronics and programming when I was 7 years old, since when I've done many interesting projects. I also play music instruments and compose soundtracks.

I started learning programming languages since I was 12 years old, and today I can play with many programming environments easily --- from assembling to OO, even HDLs. Currently I am mainly doing Apple iOS Apps design and development, focusing in music industry.

I love simple things, and to be simple. The greatest excitement to me is from great products, instead of profitable ones.

　　我叫肖轶翔，现年27，生于中国贵州贵阳息烽温泉，求学于成都西南交大。现居于德国科隆。

　　拜谢于父母的教育哲学，我并未痛苦于应试教育中。我的童年充满着探索与冒险。孵鸡蛋，做天线寻找外星人，探洞，登山，拆装各种东西，无所不做。正因好奇心的驱使，我7岁开始沉浸于无线电的世界，12岁开始编程。现从汇编到各种OO语言甚至是硬件VHDL语言我都能娴熟使用。

　　我从小喜欢音乐和设计，今天我在iOS上开发音乐应用。我热爱我所做的，我做的也正是我所热爱的。
